3 - Month Program

Twenty-one days to a new habit is a myth! Give yourself the time you need to learn consistency, meal planning, exercise development, and habit formation with this 3-month program. This is the minimum amount of time recommended to kick-off your learning about making lifelong changes that bring you to your goals!

6 - Month Program

Consistency is the only way you will discover the results you desire. Six months is enough time to not only learn the new habits you've dreamed of developing, but also to become a master in your new lifestyle. 

90 - Minute Intensive Consultation

This consultation offering is best suited for someone who is in search of professional guidance on program development, nutrition counseling, and habit formation. It is a one-time meeting where we deep dive into your history and develop a program on the spot for you to walk away with. This program includes a nutrition, movement and mindset plan. There is no scheduled follow up between client and coach.
